Terms of Service
Please read carefully, by commissioning me you are agreeing to the following written below:GENERAL
- I have the right to decline your request.
- Please provide references as much as possible to facilitate the character creation process.
- I will provide the client with updates on progress from time to time such as sketch, lining, colouring to be approved.
- You are entitled to two revisions after the final delivery of the work, any additional revision after the second, you will be charged a fee.
- Strictly no tracing, copying, erasing, editing of the commissioned piece.
- After sketch is approved, it will take me around 2 weeks - 1 month to complete depending on the complexity and my schedule. I will update you if it takes longer, so feel free to discuss with me if you require a deadline.PAYMENT
- Prices are subject to change depends on design complexity. (Refer commission sheet)
- Payment must be made in advance, through Paypal or Ko-Fi. (If you wish to pay in any other methods, feel free to discuss with me, let me know!)
- I require 50% payment upfront before sketching phase. Remaining 50% payment to be paid after finalisation before colouring phase.
- Final files will be only delivered after the last payment is confirmed.REFUND
I do not provide any refunds or partial refunds of payments and deposits. So if a client gives up in the middle of an order after the first payment is made and the order has started, the first payment will not be refunded.COPYRIGHT
- Price includes commercial use. (Except for personal illustrations.)
- I have the right to showcase the finished commissioned work on my social media and/or portfolio. Feel free to discuss with me if do not wish the work to be published.
- I own the copyright over the model artwork so you have to credit me when the work is used. You may credit me using my Twitter tag: (@kk_attt)
You will still own the copyright over the original character design.
